PHUKET - BANGKOK

Breakfast in hotel, transfer to airport around 10 o’clock. At 12: 10 p. m. depart Phuket by THAI Airways flight TG 208 to Bangkok. After arrive in Bangkok, transfer to the ***** MONTIEN RIVERSIDE HOTEL. Around 7 p. m. pick up by coach to the E- SARN restaurant in the Sukhumvit area, where specialties form the North East are served, all complemented by “Khao Neow” - fermented rice. After dinner, transfer back to hotel.

 

BANGKOK ARRIVAL CITY TOUR

11: 00 p. m., Arrive Bangkok International airport. After passing immigrations and customs Visa or vaccinations are not required for US- citizens, you will be met by our representative with a flower garland our special way to welcome you to Thailand.
 

 

Transfer by luxurious air- conditioned coach approx. 35 minutes to the ***** MONTIEN RIVERSIDE HOTEL, your rooms will be available at arrival. BANGKOK - THAI
COOKING SCHOOL

Breakfast in hotel, transfer to the THAI COOKING SCHOOL where you are introduced into the basics of the art of Thai cooking by professional chefs. Enjoy your self- prepared lunch. Around 7 p. m., transfer to D’JIT POJANA one of the most traditional Thai restaurants in Bangkok for dinner.

 

BANGKOK  THAI COOKING SCHOOL

Breakfast in hotel, transfer to the THAI COOKING SCHOOL where today the art of carving vegetables and fruit is on the agenda - a unique decoration for every festive dinner, lunch is served at the school. Around 7 p. m., transfer to the elegant METHAVALAI restaurant, renowned for its excellent Royal Thai cuisine.
 

BANGKOK - RIVER CRUISE

As every morning during this tour hearty and sumptuous breakfast buffet in your hotel with lots of fresh tropical fruits and juices. After breakfast, free at leisure. Lunch in a riverside restaurant. In the afternoon, board your “floating hotel” the luxuriously converted rice barges MEKHALA I, II and III. The boats have between 6 and 10 air- conditioned cabins with private WC/shower, 2 electrical 200V outlets, and spacious drawer and storage space.

The happy friendly crew, whose service rivals that of Bangkok top- hotels, will try to fulfill your every wish while you relax with refreshments and soft drinks (free) on the pleasant sundeck and in the comfortable lounge bar.

BANGKOK - RIVER KWAI - LOY KRATHONG

After breakfast pick up for a full day coach tour to the River Kwai, not only known for its famous bridge but also for the beauty of the Kanchanabburi province with its numerous waterfalls. Ride the “death train”, visit the bridge and the Jeath museum, lunch is on a floating restaurant in the River Kwai. About 6 p. m., LOY KRATHONG PARTY & DINNER in your hotel – most probably one of the most memorable evenings you have ever spent.

Around 3 p. m., cruising leisurely the River of Kings you will feel like Royalty yourself on your own private boat. Evening, the MEKHALA docks for the night at Wat Kai Tia, a riverside temple. About 7: 30 p. m. Enjoy an excellent Thai candlelight dinner on board, relax with a drink under the stars.
