53 year old woman.
The forehead and eyebrows have sagged. The upper lid is hooded
by excess skin. With aging and sun damage, the skin loses elasticity and tone, allowing wrinkles.
Lower eyelid: observe the fatty deposits cause bulging of the lower lid,
tear trough deformity and infra-orbital flattening, that make you look
tired and sad. The lid-cheek junction called “V” deformity appears as a flat surface with depression and sharp demarcation between the lower
eyelid and the cheek that becomes obvious with aging; after the surgery
this area will appear smooth and covered aging for the tissues.
Eyelids surgery diminishes tired or sad appearance, achieves more
well rested look. Reduce the excess upper eyelid skin and eliminate
the bulges of the lower eyelids. Note the softening of the wrinkle lines, and the brighter, youthful appearance to the eyes.

Aging of the lower lid and cheek results in bulging of the orbital
fat and deepening of the orbital rim groove, known as the “tear trough”.
After surgery the patient has correction of her tear trough depression:
There is leveling of the tear trough, and smooth contour of the lower
lid and cheek. The goal is to create a more youthful, natural appearance
to the lower lid.

Lower lid: Indentations or grooves becomes more visible
with age along with visible bulging of lid fat, prominent orbital
depression and sharp demarcation of the orbital rim because
the soft tissues have been moved down; may stimulate a patient
to seek peri- orbital rejuvenation.

Lower eyelid surgery will correct puffy bags below the eyes by

surgery, with natural-looking eyes, lower lid no under eye puffy bags, woman demonstrating the smooth contour present in the lower lid and there is a lack of sharp demarcation between the lid-cheek junctions.
