COMPLICATIONS (done in some place):

BEFORE :

I had buttocks implants put in over 2 years ago in some place. They were placed incorrect. I'm so depressed about the look of them. They are definitely now noticeable, I suppose it's what people mean when they say they've shifted. They are now noticeably further down than when I first had them put in. They are sort of rested in the lowest part of the buttocks and are hanging and obvious in comparison to the rest of the buttock.

AFTER  -  PROCEDURES:

2.- Liposuction : Abdomen, flanks, hips, and lower back.

The best place to put a butt implant is between layers of muscle.  Advantages of the intramuscular position include coverage of the implant with a thick layer of muscle that maintains the implant in position, and prevent of shifting, hanging and irregularities in the gluteal surface.

This way, the implant is masked and it seems natural.

It's not where the surgery is held that is important but WHO is performing it!!!!
