Implants placed under the skin produce wrong results and further complications. The best place to put a butt implant is between layers of muscle.  Then, it won’t drop  down lower on the buttock to give you that droopy, “dirty diaper” look.

After photos, were taken one week after corrective surgery.
These cases are to be corrected by removing old implants and placing new cohesive silicone gel implants underneath the gluteus maximus muscle.
