Bad Company Sportfishing supports the conservation of billfish
and therefore requests that you release your billfish,
unless
it is your
first or you would like to take the meat home for consumption.
All those who release their billfish will be sent a certificate
from the Billfish Foundation upon their receipt of a Billfish
Release Notification Card which we will supply free of
charge.
If you would like to have a wall mount of your fish, it is not necessary to kill
the fish as our taxidermist utilizes the latest techniques to produce high quality
replica mounts from molds of the actual fish. Discounts are available to those
angers who have released
their fish and order a mount through us.
You can have your catch filleted at the dock, for a minimal charge, after photos
are taken. Most hotels have refrigeration available for their guests to store
their catch until departure. Many anglers take their catch home with them and
if you do not bring a cooler, many local stores have an ample supply. They can
be taped closed and checked with your baggage. and in most cases, your catch
will arrive in good condition. It is recommended that you check with your airline
prior to departure to verify shipment of your
cooler.
